ADVANCED SPINNING EQUIPMENT

We utilize advanced spinning equipment, including efficient core-spinning machines, vortex spinners, and air-jet spinners, as well as drawing and twisting machines, to ensure the uniformity, quality, and efficiency of our yarn production.

CORE WRAPPING EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY

In order to ensure the production quality and functionality of core yarn, we have introduced advanced core yarn equipment, such as core yarn machine, to process both core and outer yarn at the same time, which skillfully combines the strength of core yarn and the softness of outer yarn.

In addition, we are very specialized and experienced in core yarn process and core yarn selection. We have technicians with more than 20 years of experience in the industry controlling the process and material selection to ensure the high quality, strength and softness of the core yarn.

PROCESS FLOW

Raw material preparation
According to the need of core yarn, we choose suitable raw materials for inner and outer yarn. The inner yarn can be made of polyurethane elastic fiber and the outer yarn can be made of strong fiber such as polyester or nylon.
Spinning
Put the inner yarn raw material into the spinning machine and spin it to form elastic strands. Then put the outer yarn raw material into the spinning machine and spin it to form a strong winding line.
Core wrapping
The elastic strands and strong winding yarns are combined, and through a special core-spun spinning process, the inner yarn is wrapped on the surface of the outer yarn to form a core-spun yarn.
Processing
The core-spun yarn is dyed, finished and processed to improve its color fastness and appearance quality.
Packaging
The processed core-spun yarn is packaged, usually in paper tubes or plastic tubes, for storage and transportation.

PATTERN MAKING OR MOLD MAKING

The production of fancy yarns often requires pattern making or mold making to achieve specific textures, patterns or spinning effects.

Wanteng has more than 20 years of pattern making or mold making capabilities. Through precise technology and equipment, it can standardize and automate the spinning process and improve production efficiency.
QUALITY CONTROL

We have established a complete quality control system and strictly implemented lSO quality management system. Supported by complete high-precision testing equipment, the factory carries out strict quality control and testing of yarns, from raw material supplier selection, product production and processing to final factory inspection, ensuring that the products meet the specifications and requirements.
